QUINN MANN MONTANO - Principal

Quinn Mann has over a decade of experience in hotel and luxury residential acquisitions, development and asset management.

He began his career at Witkoff, focusing on large-scale mixed-use developments in New York City. At MCR, one of the largest hotel owner-operators in the U.S., he led development, value-add strategies, and special situations across the New York portfolio, overseeing capital improvements, conversions, and development projects.

Quinn Mann also asset managed for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), developing and executing multi-year capital programs aligned with portfolio strategy. 

Quinn Mann holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and B.S. from Northeastern University.

KEVIN E. MONTANO - Hospitality Legal & Brand Development

Kevin is a hotel development executive with over 30 years of experience in hospitality law and global brand expansion.

He previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Marriott International, where he oversaw hotel development transactions across North America.

Following the GFC, he led workouts and special situations across Marriott’s global luxury portfolio.

For 12 years, he served as Global Head of Development for EDITION, the luxury lifestyle brand created by Marriott and Ian Schrager, signing all 21 operating EDITION hotels worldwide.

Kevin holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
