Quinn Mann Montano
Principal
Quinn brings over ten years of experience in hotel and luxury residential acquisitions, development, and asset management. He began his career at Witkoff, where he worked on large-scale mixed-use developments across New York City. At MCR, one of the largest hotel owner-operators in the United States, he directed development and value-add strategies for New York properties and asset managed on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, executing multi-year capital improvement programs across a portfolio of full-service hotels.
Quinn holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.S. from Northeastern University.
Kevin E. Montano

As Global Head of Development for EDITION — Ian Schrager's luxury lifestyle brand — Kevin signed all 21 operating hotels worldwide, building the brand from concept into one of the most recognized names in luxury hospitality. He brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality law and global brand expansion.
Kevin previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Marriott International, overseeing North American hotel development. Following the 2008 financial crisis, he managed workouts across Marriott's luxury portfolio. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law and a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
